Warranty, Pricing, Refunds & Returns

Technical Information:

Gunstop Reloading Supplies, Inc. has no control over how reloading is conducted by the individual. Every change in equipment, procedure and component lot will affect the ballistics and/or safety of the load. Therefore, no warranties are implied or expressed by any data or copy contained in loading data provided by Gunstop Reloading Supplies, Inc. We specifically disclaim all liability for consequential damages of any kind. As Gunstop Reloading Supplies, Inc. has no control over any of the numerous possible variations in component lots, in tool and die dimensions, and in reloading procedures, the individual reloader is solely responsible for any variation that may be incurred by assembled ammunition.  We suggest contacting the manufacturer directly with questions about proper use and / or care of equipment.

Web site Listing Error Information:

We are human and occasionally there is an error made.  All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or price misprints contained on this web site or in our emailed or printed ads.

Returns:

All defective merchandise must be returned the manufacture for warranty coverage. Please call before returning any items, 952-474-0211. Please have the invoice at hand to provide information about the order. We accept items only in new and unused condition with intact factory packaging only.  This will be at our sole discretion upon return.  There is a 20% restocking charge for items not shipped in error.

No returns of ammunition, Personal wear items such as hearing protection, primed brass, electronics, or optics.

We accept returns within 15 days of the package being received. If you are making a return outside of this time, or if you have any questions or concerns about making a return, please feel free to call 952-474-0211 Extension 4. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part.

Refunds:

We will refund the difference to the Credit Card used for the original purchase.

Items Shipped in Error:

We will attempt to provide the correct item or have you return the item for a full refund including return shipping costs. Items shipped in error will be refunded at price charged on the invoice and shipping charges to the Credit Card used for the purchase.

 

Items Damaged in Transit:

Please make us your first call at 952-474-0211. Keep all packing materials.  We will contact UPS or USPS, and we will advise you of the next step.

 

Warranty Issues and Defective Merchandise:

Products not manufactured by Gunstop Reloading Supplies, Inc. are warranted by the manufacturer. Please call the manufacturer if you have questions on the use or care of their product. Neither Gunstop Reloading Supplies, Inc. nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise.
