All in store purchases are subject MN Sales Tax at the current rate. All orders shipped to or billed to a MN address are also subject to MN Sales Tax at the current rate. And, orders over $100 that are shipped to MN address will be subjected
We ship products Monday through Friday. We try to ship within 24-48 hours, but order volume and day of the week may impact this time line.
Payment, Shipping Charges, and Shipping Methods:
Domestic Customers:
We accept payment via the web site using American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards. The credit card must be from US based bank or Amex.
We accept mail orders. Our minimum mail order is $25.00. For orders less than $25.00 please add $5.00 small order fee. Please add a minimum of $15 shipping order or call 952-474-0211 Ext for a estimate on shipping costs. Excess shipping costs will be refunded. We accept personal checks (held 10 days for clearance) or Money Orders.
All shipping charges are "FOB origin” – The buyer pays shipping cost and takes responsibility for the goods when the goods leave the seller's premises. Shipping insurance is at the discretion of the buyer. We may extend email offers of free shipping periodically.
Domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). The web site gives an estimate of freight charges this may be adjusted to reflect actual items shipped.

Items Damaged in Transit:
Please make us your first call at 952-474-0211 or email us. Keep all packing materials. We will contact UPS or USPS, and we will let you of the next step.
Domestic Shipping Restrictions:
All primed brass, liquids, lubricating powders, aerosols, sprays, pastes, and lubes must be shipped UPS ground only.
We do not ship powder or primers. They are available only for in store purchases only. We do not ship reloading components to residents of Massachusetts. We can sell to a FFL holder in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for a delivery to a resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Buyers are responsible for knowing their state and local laws regarding purchase, storage, and use of products sold by Gunstop Reloading Supplies, Inc.
APO/FPO Addresses:
We are able ship to these addresses e subject to the import laws of the country in which the APO/FPO is located, as well as US State Department laws and regulations regarding the export of controlled goods.
International Orders and Export restrictions:
We only accept internationals orders via our web site. We do not accept phone orders or mail orders from international customers. Please note that we do not drop ship orders to addresses in the United States for pick up by the buyer/end user. We do not drop ship to freight forwarding companies for export. All international orders have to be shipped to the buyers actual residence / billing address in their home country.
We do not export brass (primed or unprimed), any bullet casting products, bullets (jacketed, plated, swaged, or cast), electronics, or any gun parts. All liquids, lubricating powders, aerosols, sprays, pastes, and lubes are not available for export.
