The Sierra Pro-Hunter Bullets line of bullets are designed for taking larger varmints and from medium to heavy sized game animals. They are flat based and the nose profile varies, with nose profiles like Round Nose (RN), Semi Pointed (SMP), Flat Noses (FN), Flat Nose Hollow Point noses (FN/HP) and Spritzer Pointed noses (SPT). A few bullets in this category have Sierra's proprietary Power Jacket to enhance bullet expansion in game animals when fired from medium-velocity cartridges. The Pro-Hunter bullets are designed for a combination of penetration and expansion in medium and heavy game animals.
