The Sierra Varminter line of bullets are designed for the harvesting of larger varmints and small game. There are three variations the Hollow Point (HP), the Spitzer Pointed Flat Base (SPT), and the Semi Pointed (SMP) bullets. This segment of the Sierra line up are constructed to be loaded to the highest velocity for the cartridges intended. Sierra had a segment of the Varminter lineup that are labeled as Blitz; they meant to shot under 3600 FPS.
