The Sierra MatchKing line of bullets is the gold standard for production competition bullets. These bullets are designed with one aim accuracy. They are manufactured to the very highest quality standards. The bullet jacket consistency and lead core uniformity contribute to the success of this line of Sierra Bullets. The most of the MatchKing lineup are designed with a boattail, but a few have a flat base. Pointed or Closed Nose (CN) meplats is a design feature used on some of the MatchKing bullets to further enhance the aerodynamics/ballistic coefficients.
