Ordering Info

To shop at Gunstop.com:

1) Begin by selecting from the 'Shooting Supplies' categories at the left. You will then see a listing of all available products for that category. To the right of each product, you will see an [order] link. If you would like a particular item, click on the [order] link and it will be added to your order.

2) When you are at 'Your Order' page, you will see all items currently in your order. From this point, feel free to continue shopping. Once you have completed adding items to your order, fill in the quantity you would like to purchase for each item then click the 'Process Order' button. You will then be given a summary of your order total and your ordering options.

Please remember, if you don't see a particular item listed on our site, it doesn't mean we don't have it, it is probably just not on our web-site yet. Feel free to call 1-800-645-7644 or (952) 474-0211 for information or to order items you don't see listed.

4 Convenient Ordering Options

1) Online: After you have finished adding items to your cart, follow the steps to complete your order, filling out all of the required information.

2) Mail: After you have finished adding items to your cart, follow the steps to process your order, filling out all of the required information. On the final order summary page, simply print the order form and Mail it with check, money order or credit card information to the Gunstop.

3) Fax: Fax: After you have finished adding items to your cart, follow the steps to process your order, filling out all of the required information. On the final order summary page, simply print the order form and fax it to the Gunstop. You can fax your order to 952-767-3040

4) Telephone: Telephone your order for payment by credit card or COD

International Customers

We only accept International orders online, no phone orders. We will be glad to check stock on any item via email or phone, but the order must e placed online. We will be glad to set items aside for you.

Restricted Items: Gunstop cannot export Brass, Bullets, or electronics. Gunstop cannot ship any liquids, lubes, greases, or aerosol products. There may be other items that we cannot ship, and you would be advised by email if there is problem with an item.

Shipping Method: Gunstop uses United State Postal Service exclusively for shipping to International customers. We attempt to use the USPS International Priority Mail flat rate boxes for orders, but many products exceed the weight restrictions of the boxes or product does not fit in boxes available.

Non-USA Online Ordering Instructions:
Our check out process only accepts USA addresses; so do not attempt to use your International address. We will have you use your Name and Credit Card Information, but then we will have you use our address information:

If you wish to send an International Money Order to pay for your order, please submit the order online using the COD option so we can set the items aside for you. Next, you will need to email us at gunstop@mr.net asking for shipping charges so you can include them with your payment.

We will not back order items on International orders

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. There is no extra charge for credit card use. Charge cards are preferred on orders. Prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer's increase. Items temporarily out of stock will be back ordered for 30 days unless Customer cancels the order within 30 days via email or phone. All back orders for International orders are automatically canceled.

7.25% sales tax is applied to all orders for Minnesota state residents.

If mailing in order with payment, please include ample funds for shipping; excess will be refunded with your order. We suggest a minimum of $15.00 to cover shipping or call us for an estimate.

Shipping

Currently, our web site does not calculate shipping charges. You can call us for an estimate before ordering. We try to use the most economical method to ship your order. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. No minimum order size is required and there are no handling fees. We utilize both USPS and UPS for shipping to USA customers, and USPS exclusively for International Customers. Shipping cost is based on weight, distance and value of goods. Next, 2nd or 3rd day air delivery available at additional cost. Buyer pays $10.00 COD per package.

If mailing in order with payment, please include ample funds for shipping; excess will be refunded with your order.

Returns and Warranties

No return on special orders or used items. Other returns allowed within 30 days with prior approval and subject to 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be packed in original carton in saleable condition. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all returns.

Manufacturers' products should be returned directly to them for warranty service.

Damaged Shipments

Notify the Gunstop and the carrier immediately. The carrier must inspect the merchandise and shipping carton before a claim can be processed; do not destroy or discard damaged cartons or goods.
